​

​My passion and purpose in life is to help and serve others. While working as a Sexual Assault and Crisis Counselor for a local community health clinic, I recognized the need for services that extend past anonymous connections. I have created trauma informed individual and group experiences to connect with the Higher Self, as well as in community, for  more in-depth, heart-led, and affordable support in a world that needs healing more than ever.​

My specialties include guiding healing and powerful monthly Women's Circles, as well as offering seasonal Circles and Retreats that align with energies of the cycles of nature.

​

​I work from a trauma-informed, safe space of non-judgement and compassion. I have in depth training in mindfulness, wellness, self-care and crisis support.

​

I am also a mama, wife, avid nature lover, runner, paddle boarding lover,  feminist and art hobbyist.
